Milan Aleksovski

I was born in Serbia, in 1981. I have a degree in logistics (organization and transportation of goods and people). Since my early ages i had a passion for customer service, specifically in the food and beverage department. After a couple of years of working in restaurants and hotels in Serbia I took a long journey and went to work on cruise ships. I worked for about 10 years for Princess Cruises covering all the areas of food and beverage (restaurant department), from buffet steward all the way to asst. Maitre d. Working with different nationalities and traveling across the world I have learned a lot about different cultures, gastronomy and service. In 2017 I settled in Queretaro, Mexico. Firstly working in hotels Hotsson and Roygent Parks,and from 1st. of November of 2021 i am working as a Food and beverage manager for Japanese Restaurant Goen, in Queretaro City. My passion for gastronomy and customer satisfaction drives me to always look towards the future of the industry adopting and innovating. Customer gratitude and happiness are my most valuable achievements.
